1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Autreino, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the service.
2. Description of Service
Autreino provides a software-as-a-service platform that enables used car dealers to create digital storefronts, list inventory, and manage customer inquiries. The service is provided on a subscription basis and may be updated or modified at any time. We reserve the right to change the scope or features of the service with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Autreino reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Subscription and Payments
Access to paid features requires a valid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Autreino for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include scraping, spamming, posting false listings, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Autreino — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by codeViks and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Autreino is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, codeViks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Autreino. Our total liability to you for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
