Why am I not receiving lead notifications?

If leads are showing up in your dashboard but you are not getting alerts, check these:

Email alerts

1. 1Dashboard → Settings → Notifications → "Email Alerts" must be ON.
2. 2Check your spam folder. Add no-reply@autreino.com to your contacts.
3. 3Some corporate Gmail accounts block automated mail — try a personal Gmail or Outlook.

WhatsApp alerts

1. 1Available only on Growth and Pro plans.
2. 2Must opt in once via Settings → Notifications.
3. 3WhatsApp blocks promotional messages to numbers that have not chatted with the sender — first send "Hi" to the alert number.

Still not working?

Open a support ticket from the Dashboard → Support page. Include your dealer ID (visible at the bottom of any page).
