Get a WhatsApp message every time a new lead comes in (Growth & Pro plans only).
Steps
- 1Dashboard → Settings → Notifications.
- 2Toggle "WhatsApp Lead Alerts" on.
- 3Enter your WhatsApp number (with country code, e.g., 919876543210).
- 4Click "Send Test" — you should receive a message within 10 seconds.
Troubleshooting
- If no message arrives, make sure your number is registered on WhatsApp.
- Check your block list — alerts come from "+91 80470 18888".
- Alerts are not sent for repeat leads from the same buyer within 24 hours, to reduce noise.
