How to contact buyer via WhatsApp from the dashboard

From the Leads list

1. 1Dashboard → Leads.
2. 2Click the WhatsApp icon next to any lead.
3. 3WhatsApp Web (desktop) or the app (mobile) opens with a pre-filled message including the buyer's name and the car they enquired about.

Customise the default message template

Dashboard → Settings → Templates → "WhatsApp Lead Reply".

You can use placeholders like {buyer_name}, {car_title}, {your_name}.

Example: "Hi {buyer_name}, thanks for your interest in {car_title}. When would be a good time for a test drive?"
